Order Coliiformes

The Coliiformes are the mousebirds. This group is confined to sub-Saharan Africa. They take their name from their rodent-like behaviour, scurrying through te leaves of trees in search of berries, fruits and buds. They are gregarious birds with crests and stubby bills.
