This site indicates some of the places near Bristol where you can find fossils, and is not intended to be exhaustive.

Remember that safety is an important part of any field trip. Several of the outcrops mentioned are high, which can result in danger from falling rocks. As some are coastal it is important to note when high tide occurs. It is recommended that you read the the safety information provided before embarking on any excursions
